How to Order

1️⃣ Create your account

You need an account before you can send an offer.

It takes about 30 seconds and there is no password — enter your email address and we will send you a 6-digit code.

2️⃣ Find the item

Browse Open Box, New Arrivals or Top Picks, or search by brand, model number or keyword.

3️⃣ Check the item

  • Title — brand, model and condition. Please read the condition carefully; items are sold as they are.
  • Price — the latest offer amount for that item. If the last offer was declined, it shows Rejected.
  • Request For More Information — ask us for extra photos or details before you offer.

4️⃣ Send your offer

Press Send Offer and fill in:

  • Destination country (required) — where we will ship the item.
  • Payment method (required) — bank transfer, or eBay if you need to pay by card.
  • Company name (optional) — if you are buying for a business.
  • Message (optional) — anything you want us to know.

Your offer must include the cost of shipping from Japan to your destination. We do not charge shipping separately. Please see the Shipping Size Guide — this equipment is bulky, and FedEx charges by size, not weight.

You can send up to 4 offers on the same item. Please wait for our reply before sending the next one. If we cannot agree within 4 offers, that item is closed.

We review every offer and reply by email.

5️⃣ Pay

Once we accept your offer, you can complete the purchase.

Payment is by bank transfer only — Wise or a SWIFT wire from your bank. We do not accept credit cards on this site.

We recommend Wise: it costs you less and reaches us faster. You will need a free Wise account (wise.com). If you would rather not open one, use SWIFT instead.

Our bank details appear on your order page — open it with the View your order button in your order confirmation email.

Please complete the transfer within 48 hours. Until payment is received the item is not reserved and may be sold to another buyer. If you need more time, contact us before the deadline.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can list the item on eBay and send you the link. eBay charges a 15% fee, so the eBay price is higher than the price agreed here.

6️⃣ What is added at checkout

  • A flat handling fee of USD 400. This is our handling fee — it is not the shipping cost. The shipping cost is the amount you included in your offer.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient in your country.

7️⃣ Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide by FedEx from Japan.

Preparing export documents takes at least one week. Pallet shipments take longer, because we build a custom pallet and treat the wood.

We ship once your payment has been confirmed, and we send you the tracking number.
